Diverse-ability
It may seem more convenient to live in a world surrounded by people who are just like you. However, this is a significant mistake that humanity has come to recognize as we become more familiar with ecological theories of nature and culture. Ecological awareness and action are shown to have greater benefits for the economy, our quality of life, and overall well-being. Nevertheless, divergent individuals—especially those with vastly different communication styles—are often overlooked. Much of my work, in collaboration with excellent partners, is dedicated to acknowledging and including this segment of humanity.
